Jenny uses an eclectic approach adjusting to suit the needs of the client, using elements from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Family systems theory, Narrative and Solution focussed Therapy. Breathing and mindfulness are also a focus of her work.

Jenny enjoys working on any issues  (including anxiety, depression, anger ,trauma, grief, stress, relationship issues, transitional life stages, blended family issues, separation, divorce, communication, addiction, self- esteem ,assertiveness) with groups, couples and individuals from teens upwards at any stage from all cultures. She is also available to do Supervision.

She engages her natural curiosity to facilitate clients to access their own strengths, to find helpful ways to make changes to achieve a balance and a more satisfying life.

Jenny has been a city dweller and a farmer and have worked in an education frame work, as a public servant, in drug and alcohol rehabilitation, for an agency and is currently in private practice. She is registered to work with ACC sensitive claims.

Jenny is married and has three adult children.
