Mereti works with people in a relaxed way, she is a compassionate and insightful Practitioner, taking learnings from her upbringing and Maori world view and combining this with the training and experience that she has learnt along her (professional) journey. Mereti undertakes professional development annually to stay upskilled in her work. Mereti is extremely passionate about helping people and feels that if she can use her skills and insight to help a person in their healing then she is doing what she is supposed to do. She works under the NZ Association of Counsellors Code of Ethics, this means that it is a priority for her that she works in a safe, ethical and confidential way with people.
