Jessica is a Psychologist with experience in adult mental health and care and protection. She has worked with clients with a range of complex emotional difficulties including depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and trauma; she has also worked with both adults and children and has experience in supporting the caregivers of children who have experienced significant trauma. Jessica utilises a number of evidence-based interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in her therapeutic work with clients. She works collaboratively alongside individuals as they acquire new skills and achieve their therapy goals. Jessica has a warm and supportive manner and enjoys working in partnership with her clients.
